It is normal for women to have a certain amount of fluid accumulation in their pelvic cavity. However, when women suffer from pelvic inflammatory disease, the pelvic fluid accumulation often increases. This is mainly caused by inflammatory exudates. Normal female pelvic fluid accumulation should be less than ten millimeters. If it exceeds this range, it may be caused by human infection. In addition to regular treatment, we must also strengthen prevention and maintain good personal hygiene. The normal value of female pelvic fluid should be less than 10MM. Physiological pelvic effusion is less than 10 mm. During a woman's menstrual period and a few days after her menstrual period, some menstrual blood may flow back along the fallopian tubes into the pelvic cavity, and a small amount of fluid will be seen on ultrasound. Or after ovulation, the follicular fluid will flow into the pelvic cavity along with the ruptured follicle. The amount is usually very small, and a slightly larger amount can be seen under ultrasound. These two types can disappear naturally and do not require treatment and will not cause harm to the body. There is very little fluid in the normal pelvic cavity, which mainly reduces the friction between the visceral peritoneum and the parietal peritoneum. Sometimes exudation occurs due to inflammation, and the amount of fluid (effusion) exceeds the normal level. After taking the medicine, the inflammation disappears and the effusion will be absorbed naturally. Physiological pelvic effusion within 10mm may occur during ovulation and early pregnancy, which can usually be absorbed by itself within one or two months. Pay attention to personal hygiene: strengthen personal hygiene during menstruation, after childbirth, and after miscarriage, change underwear and sanitary napkins frequently, avoid cold, and avoid overwork. Eat more light food: The diet should be mainly light food. Eat more nutritious foods such as eggs, tofu, red beans, spinach, etc. Avoid eating raw, cold and irritating foods. Avoid sexual intercourse during menstruation: Avoid sexual intercourse during menstruation to avoid infection. Pay attention to the cleanliness of menstrual pads, it is best to use sterilized toilet paper. |
