Where is the pelvic pain?

The most typical symptom of pelvic inflammatory disease is pain, which often causes pain on both sides of the navel and lower abdomen. More severe cases may also cause discomfort in the waist and dull pain. In addition to causing pain, it may also cause fever, chills and other symptoms, loss of appetite, headaches, and in more severe cases, an accelerated heart rate may occur, and even lead to adhesion or blockage of the fallopian tubes.

Pelvic inflammatory disease can be diagnosed through B-ultrasound. The pelvis is very important to women. If there is severe inflammation and it is not treated for a long time, it can easily cause infertility. It refers to non-cyclical pelvic pain that lasts for more than 6 months (some believe it lasts for more than 3 months) and is resistant to non-opioid drug treatment.

Symptoms of acute pelvic inflammatory disease: The disease is acute and severe, and may cause lower abdominal pain, fever, chills, headache, and loss of appetite. During the examination, the patient was found to be in an acute condition with a high temperature, a rapid heart rate, and muscle tension, tenderness, and rebound pain in the lower abdomen.

The main clinical manifestations of pelvic inflammatory disease symptoms are:

1. Increased leucorrhea The amount of leucorrhea increases, and it is mostly yellow-white mucous, sometimes purulent, or watery and bloody.

2. Lower abdominal and back pain Due to scar adhesions caused by chronic inflammation and pelvic congestion, it can cause lower abdominal distension, pain and lumbar pain.

3. The systemic symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease in women are mostly not obvious, sometimes there may be low fever and fatigue.

4. Infertility: Adhesion and blockage of the fallopian tubes can cause infertility.

5. Menstrual irregularities are caused by pelvic congestion, often resulting in early menstruation, prolonged menstruation, increased menstrual flow, and dysmenorrhea.

If you suffer from pelvic inflammatory disease, you must go to a regular hospital for examination and treatment in time, because only regular hospitals will be safer.
