Can a pelvic mass cause uterine enlargement?

The appearance of pelvic masses mainly comes from the female internal reproductive organs. Generally, after the mass appears, the patient will have obvious abdominal pain, difficulty urinating, vaginal bleeding, etc. If a pelvic mass is not treated promptly, it may cause the uterus to enlarge. Generally, patients can be treated with medication, with very good results.

General symptoms

(1) Symptoms of pelvic mass include: lower abdominal pain, fever, and vaginal bleeding.

(2) As the pelvic mass grows, the pain increases but is tolerable, presenting as dull pain in the lower abdomen.
