It is common in young women, in one or both breasts, mostly single, a few multiple. The lumps are round or oval, grow slowly, have a smooth surface, a flexible texture, clear boundaries, are easy to push, and have no adhesion to the skin. It may be the most common benign breast tumor - breast fibroids.

1. It occurs during lactation, is painless, has clear boundaries, and may be a breast milk cyst.

Generally speaking, inflammatory breast lumps are often accompanied by more severe breast pain, and the local lumps are also accompanied by obvious inflammatory reactions such as redness, swelling, heat, and pain; hyperplastic breast lumps are often accompanied by premenstrual breast pain. After menstruation, the pain may be relieved and the lumps may also shrink. The lumps are often multiple.

2. It is milk stagnation. First apply hot compress for 15 minutes, then use your thumb to push hard from the base of the breast towards the nipple until the milk spurts out. Be sure to clean up the milk and drink plenty of water. It will definitely be fine.

When the lump grows, it adheres to the skin and may cause skin dimple sign and orange peel sign. It may cause nipple retraction, breast contracture and fixation to the chest wall, or even ulceration, pus and blood discharge or continuous bleeding, and may cause axillary and supraclavicular lymph node metastasis, as well as distant organ metastasis.
