3. Cold and dampness stagnation type

The treatment is to warm the yang and dispel cold, promote blood circulation and remove dampness.

The prescription is Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction with modifications: Poria, Angelica, Red Peony Root, Myrrh, Artemisia annua, Atractylodes macrocephala, Zedoaria, Scutellaria baicalensis, fennel, Ligusticum chuanxiong, cinnamon twig, and dried ginger. Decoction in water.

Add or subtract: If the amount of leucorrhea is large, white and thin, add nutmeg and ginkgo to warm the kidney and stop the leucorrhea. If the waist pain is obvious, add Chuanduan and Eucommia to nourish the kidney and strengthen the waist.

After taking the above medicine orally, the remaining residue can be put into a cloth bag and applied to the lower abdomen, with hot compress for 20-30 minutes each time.

Second, other factors of adnexitis:

1. Sitting for a long time: lack of activity. Blood circulation, especially the lower pelvic blood vessels, is poor, resulting in obstruction of venous return.
