Things to note after test tube transplantation, make sure to do the final step well

Now more and more families are forced to take the test tube route. This process is full of hardships and pain. The whole process will cause various pressures on the family, whether it is economic, physical or psychological. They are all heavy tests. So what should we pay attention to after the transplant?

1. After the transplant, you also need to eat mainly high-protein and easily digestible foods. Many fresh embryos will have ascites after transplantation. If ascites and pleural effusion are found, drink more fish soup, winter melon soup, watermelon juice, orange juice, milk, and eggs. They are good things for diuresis and increasing protein! Eating easily digestible food is even more important at this time. The baby is in the belly, and dry stools will definitely cause the abdomen to contract, which is not conducive to embryo implantation.

2. After the transplant, you should stay in bed for 48 hours after you get home. Except for going to the bathroom, you can lie flat or on your side, but do not get up. You can lean on the bed, but the angle must be less than 45 degrees. When getting up, do not sit up all at once, turn sideways first, support yourself with your hands and get up slowly. Do not shower within 48 hours, avoid strenuous exercise, jogging or cycling, but slow walking is healthy and safe, and do not lift anything heavy until after the pregnancy test.

Here are some things you should not eat after transplantation:

1. Do not eat tonics: Do not eat foods that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and do not eat foods that have the function of removing dampness and toxins, such as: tonics, lotus root, sesame oil, watercress, black fungus, longan, and coix seed rice. Cigarettes, alcohol, coffee, tea

2. Fruits and foods that cannot be eaten (cold foods) such as: pears, melons, citrus, oranges, sugar cane, tomatoes, pitaya, glaze, hard persimmons, pineapples, pears, kiwis, mulberries, mangosteens, papayas, bananas, mustard greens, cabbage, celery, bitter melon, winter melon, lotus roots and other foods that can reduce annealing.

3. Avoid foods that damage the endometrium: apples, lemons, tomatoes

After egg retrieval: Do not lift heavy objects within 24 hours; Do not drink alcoholic beverages; Do not use painkillers or sedatives; Take medicine on time as prescribed by the doctor (After egg retrieval, the doctor will prescribe 2 small bottles of medicine for you)

4. After the transplant, avoid strenuous exercise, such as jogging or cycling, but walking slowly is good for your health and safety.

5. Don't carry anything heavy (no more than 1/2-gallon) until after the pregnancy test. I calculated that 1/2 gallon is about 1.89 liters.

There is one more thing, which is not written in the precautions, but the nurse told me to remember, when getting up, don't sit up all at once, turn sideways first, support the bed with your hands, and get up slowly.
