Lemon Kelp Soup

Ingredients: 200 grams of fresh cherries, appropriate amount of white sugar.

Method: Wash the cherries, remove the stems and stalks, put them in a pot, add water and boil for 20 minutes. Add sugar according to your taste and continue cooking. Turn off the heat after boiling.

Orange Steamed Egg

Ingredients: 150 grams of sweet orange, 2 eggs, and appropriate amount of white sugar.

Method: Wash the orange peel, cut off a part of it, then scoop out the orange flesh with a spoon and put it into a juicer to squeeze out orange juice. Then beat the eggs into a bowl, add orange juice and sugar, stir well to make egg batter, pour the egg batter into the orange shell, cover with the cut orange peel, secure with toothpicks and steam for 10 minutes.

Effect: Sweet orange contains a large amount of vitamin C, which can inhibit the formation of pigment particles and keep the skin healthy and white. It can also maintain skin radiance and elasticity. Vitamin B2 can also speed up the skin's metabolism and blood circulation, making the skin all over the body white and rosy.
