Ovarian tumors are common gynecological tumors with a very high incidence, especially in women of childbearing age. They pose a serious threat to women's health. Women with ovarian tumors will have symptoms, so for the sake of their health, female friends must pay attention to early diagnosis and timely treatment. 1. Symptoms (1) Abdominal discomfort Medium-sized benign tumors or rapidly growing malignant tumors often cause abdominal distension and discomfort. (2) Benign abdominal masses grow slowly and are difficult to detect, so patients often touch them accidentally. Malignant tumors grow quickly and are easy to detect. (3) Abdominal pain: When a benign tumor is complicated by pedicle torsion, rupture, bleeding, or infection, abdominal pain of varying degrees may occur. If a malignant tumor infiltrates into the surrounding area or compresses the nerves, it may cause abdominal pain, back pain, or lower limb pain. Granulosa cell tumors and theca cell tumors can produce excessive estrogen and cause precocious puberty or postmenopausal uterine bleeding. Testicular blastoma can produce excessive androgens and cause masculinization.
