Chest press - use the triceps of your arms to exert force. Beginners should lift dumbbells of about 10 pounds and pay attention to locking your back muscles.

Machine exercise - When doing this mechanical chest expansion exercise, pay attention to opening and closing your hands slowly, and do not stretch them too far apart. Just stretch them to 180 degrees, otherwise you will easily strain your chest muscles.
