On the one hand, if the child cannot drink breast milk from an early age, he or she will lose at the starting line; on the other hand, the mother's milk will not be secreted. 1. Tongcao pig's trotter lactation-promoting soup: first wash the pig's trotters, scrape off the fur, put them in a casserole together with the tongcao, add 1.5 kg of water and cook into soup. Use high heat first, then change to low heat after the water boils, and cook for 1-2 hours. Drink twice a day for 3-5 consecutive days. Pig's trotters are rich in protein and fat, and have a strong effect of nourishing blood and activating blood circulation. Tongcao can promote diuresis and lactation. Eating them together not only has a good effect on lactation, but also can promote the speedy recovery of the mother.

2. Pig's trotter and daylily soup: Soak the daylily in warm water for half an hour, remove the stems, wash with new water, cut into small pieces and set aside. Wash the pig's trotters, chop them into small pieces with a knife, put them into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, boil them over high heat, add day lily and rock sugar, and simmer them over low heat until the pig's trotters are tender and ready to eat. This soup has the effects of nourishing blood and producing sperm, strengthening bones and promoting milk secretion, and has a good promoting effect on the secretion of milk in postpartum women.

3. Pork bone lactation soup: first wash the pork bones and put them in a pot with clean water, then cook them in the pot with tongcao for 1-2 hours until it becomes a small bowl of pork bone soup, then add a little soy sauce. Drink it all at once and continue for 3-5 days. Pig bones have the effects of replenishing qi, blood and producing milk. When added with tongcao, the lactation effect is even stronger.

4. Shrimp and wolfberry

Ingredients: shrimp, dried wolfberry.

Seasoning: peanut oil, refined salt, rice wine, egg white, pepper, appropriate amounts of water starch and dry starch, onion, and ginger.

(1) Wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp intestines, and drain the water; wash the wolfberries and soak them in a little water; chop the green onions and crush the ginger, put them in a bowl, add appropriate amount of water and stir to make green onion and ginger water.

(4) Wash the pot and heat it on the fire. Pour in the prepared seasoning sauce and the water used to soak the wolfberries. When the water boils, sprinkle the wolfberries on top. Remove from the pot and serve on a plate.

5. Light pork elbow

Ingredients: pork elbow, 1 portion each of angelica and fenugreek.

Preparation method: Add pork elbow, fenugreek and angelica in a ratio of 100:2:2, add water and bring to a boil over high heat. Skim off the foam and simmer over low heat until cooked.

6. Fresh crucian carp stewed in clear water has a strong milk-producing effect.

7. Fresh carp soup or porridge made with carp and glutinous rice can treat insufficient milk.

8. Stewed chicken soup has a more obvious lactation effect.

9. Cooking peanuts and rice into porridge can help produce milk.

10. Fry 250 grams of black sesame seeds, grind them into powder, and take them with pig's trotter soup. It is effective in promoting milk production and treating insufficient breast milk.

11. Cook silver carp with winter melon rind, eat the fish and drink the soup to treat milk deficiency.

12. Luffa seeds or luffa cooked with freshwater fish can promote lactation and produce milk.

13. A pair of pig feet, 15 grams of wild rice stem, 10 grams of tongcao, stewed or cooked.

The above foods are all recipes that can help postpartum women produce milk. You should also pay attention to some foods that cannot be eaten. Spicy and irritating foods cannot be eaten; cold and raw foods cannot be eaten, as they will lead to insufficient qi and blood or spleen and stomach digestive dysfunction; milk tea, coffee, beer, etc. cannot be consumed either. The last thing to note is that you should not eat sour and astringent foods, so as not to hinder the discharge of lochia from the body.
