The best way to achieve menopause

If you have not reached the age of menopause, but are trying to achieve the goal of menopause without causing any symptoms of decline, you can go to the hospital outpatient clinic to get a levonorgestrel contraceptive ring. Because after wearing the levonorgestrel contraceptive device, it will regularly restart the injection of radioactive drugs into the uterine cavity, causing the endometrium to shrink, which clinically leads to amenorrhea, thus achieving the purpose of menopause. However, the woman's uterus and ovaries are still normal at this time, but its only drawback is that it needs to be removed every five years.

If you want to stop menopause, clinical medicine has the following methods: 1. Remove the endometrium to prevent menstruation from happening again. 2. When the Mirena IUD is inserted, it may not cause menopause immediately after it is inserted. Instead, it will cause a significant decrease in menstrual flow, and then amenorrhea will gradually occur. The Mirena IUD is a highly effective estrogen that, after entering the uterine cavity, causes the contraction of the endometrium, thus achieving the purpose of amenorrhea.

Its validity period is five years. If you miss your period again, you can replace it with a new Mirena ring after five years. If you are about to have your menstrual period, you should remove the Mirena IUD. Therefore, it is relatively better to keep the Mirena IUD on, which is a cross-menopause method.

In fact, in clinical medicine, if menopause really occurs, it means that women have entered menopause from childbearing age. If you really want to achieve menopause, without causing aging and maintaining a young and beautiful appearance, it is recommended that you wear the Mirena IUD. After wearing the Mirena IUD, the endometrium will shrink and amenorrhea will occur, thus achieving the goal of menopause. It can be removed once after 5 years. In this case, the uterus and ovaries are still normal, and there is no clinical problem of menstruation.
