As work pressure in today's society gradually increases, more and more women have to work hard to make a living, but the strong work pressure often makes them feel physically tired and energetically overdrawn. Even during sexual intercourse, people may feel powerless. In fact, if you observe carefully, you will find that it is a mycoplasma infection. So what are the symptoms of mycoplasma in women? Regarding this question, please learn with me in the next period of time. Asymptomatic infection (lack of symptom response): Since this disease lacks subjective symptoms, local symptoms become an important indicator for diagnosis, which manifests as purulent vaginal discharge, which may also be mucous or serous. The amount of secretion is large (moderate) and has a slight odor. The vaginal mucosa is normal in color, but is often accompanied by cervical erosion. Chlamydial cervicitis: When accompanied by cervicitis, there is an increase in leucorrhea, increased serous or purulent secretions, cervical erosion, and easy contact bleeding. The so-called "vaginal cleanliness" of vaginal secretions under microscopic examination is mostly above grade III. Chlamydial salpingitis is often caused by complications of cervicitis. Most of the symptoms are mild, with only slight pain in the lower abdomen, generally low body temperature, and a slightly faster erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Chlamydia can be detected in more than 30% of samples directly aspirated from the fallopian tube using laparoscopy. Due to this atypical condition, patients delay seeking medical treatment, which often causes damage to the uterine appendages, resulting in fallopian tube inflammation and blockage, leading to infertility. Pelvic inflammatory disease: Any infection in the pelvic cavity, such as intrauterine infection, salpingitis and other adnexal inflammation that spreads to specific parts of the pelvic peritoneum can be called pelvic inflammatory disease. The main manifestation is acute abdomen The incubation period of mycoplasma infection is 1-3 weeks. The typical acute symptoms are similar to those of other non-gonococcal genitourinary tract infections, manifested as urethral stinging, varying degrees of urgency and frequency of urination, and stinging during urination, especially when the urine is more concentrated. The urethral opening is slightly red and swollen, and the secretions are thin, small in amount, and are serous or purulent. The urethra needs to be squeezed hard to see the secretions overflow. There is often a small amount of mucous secretions at the urethral opening in the morning, or only a scab membrane seals the opening, or a dirty crotch is seen. I believe that with the above learning, the majority of female friends are no longer unfamiliar with these symptoms of mycoplasma. However, these symptoms can indeed cause us to think more deeply, and we must also be more vigilant and pay more attention. But I would also like to remind everyone again that when female friends show these mycoplasma symptoms, they should immediately go to a regular hospital and ask a professional doctor to examine and treat us. |
