Three: Winter melon and celery stewed with lean meat

Ingredients: half a pound of winter melon, 2 ounces of celery, 1 ounce of lean meat, and 1 shiitake mushroom.

Method: Cut winter melon and celery into small pieces and soak mushrooms in hot water for 10 minutes. Put winter melon, celery, lean meat and mushrooms in a bowl, fill it with water, add salt, and simmer over high heat for 35 minutes. You can add a little chicken essence when serving.
