6. Codonopsis pilosula millet porridge: Codonopsis pilosula 30g, Cimicifuga heracleifolia 10g, millet 50g. Boil the two medicines to extract the juice, add millet and cook into porridge, take twice a day on an empty stomach. It can invigorate Qi and lift it up. It is suitable for uterine prolapse due to Qi deficiency, aggravated by fatigue, lower abdominal prolapse, weak limbs, shortness of breath and laziness to speak, pale complexion, frequent urination, excessive vaginal discharge, and thin and white color.

7. Bream and Astragalus Soup: 1 bream, 20g Astragalus, 10g Citrus aurantium, and appropriate seasoning. Remove the scales from the bream, wash it, boil it with water, Astragalus and Citrus aurantium, then cook for another 30 minutes. Remove the residue and take the juice. Add salt, MSG and cooking wine, 200ml each time. Twice a day. It can invigorate Qi and lift it up, and is suitable for uterine prolapse caused by Qi deficiency and sinking.

8. Cimicifuga and Turtle Meat Soup: Cimicifuga 10g, 10 jujubes, 150g turtle meat. Wash the turtle meat, cut into pieces, put it into a pot with other medicines, add appropriate amount of water and cook until done, drink the soup and eat the meat, one dose per day. It can replenish blood and Qi, raise Yang Qi, and is suitable for uterine prolapse caused by Qi deficiency and sinking.
