Methods of maintaining uterine appendages

It is important to have good methods to maintain the body. Women's reproductive organs are very complex. If we are not careful in our lives, it will easily lead to diseases of the uterus and appendages, which is very detrimental to the health of the body. If we do not pay attention to adjustments, it will seriously affect the fertility, which has a great impact on women's physical and mental health. Let's learn about the methods of maintaining the uterine appendages.

Methods of maintaining uterine appendages

Western medicine

1. For vaginal medication, Jiaoyan gel disinfectant is more effective.

2. Antibiotic treatment

For patients with obvious symptoms, antibiotics should be used as the first choice for treatment. Antibiotics can kill any remaining pathogenic bacteria and prevent acute attacks. Commonly used drugs are still penicillin, gentamicin, metronidazole, etc., and the usage is the same as that for acute salpingo-oophoritis and pelvic peritonitis.

3. Other drug treatments

Because the female reproductive system has a natural defense function, under normal circumstances, it can resist bacterial invasion. Only when the body's resistance decreases or the female's natural defense function is destroyed due to other reasons will adnexitis occur. Note that when cleaning the vulva every day, it is more appropriate to use a feminine care solution with a pH 4 weak acid formula. Such as Jiaoyan feminine care liquid. Simply rinsing with water or using alkaline shower gel will disrupt the acid-base balance of the vagina and inhibit the normal growth of lactobacilli.

4. For fallopian tube obstruction caused by chronic salpingitis, intrauterine injection can be performed. Use 160,000 units of gentamicin, 5 mg of α-chymotrypsin, and 5 mg of dexamethasone, dilute them with 20 ml of normal saline, strictly disinfect the vulva, vagina, and cervix, and then inject into the uterine cavity. Start 3 days after the menstruation ends, and inject once every 2 days until before ovulation. The treatment can be continued for 3 cycles.

Tissue therapy

Such as placental tissue fluid and placental globulin, intramuscular injection, once a day or every other day, 15 times as a course of treatment.

Physical therapy

The benign stimulation of warmth can promote pelvic blood circulation, improve the nutritional status of local tissues, and facilitate the absorption and disappearance of inflammation. Commonly used physical therapies include short wave, ultrashort wave, infrared, audio, ion penetration, etc. However, do not use physical therapy if the body temperature exceeds 37.5℃ or if you have genital tuberculosis.

The above is an introduction to the maintenance methods of the uterine appendages. After understanding, we know that once gynecological diseases occur, they must be treated in time. When necessary, medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor. Good personal hygiene should be maintained at ordinary times, and gynecological examinations should be performed regularly.
