First roast the whole black sea cucumber over low heat for two minutes, wait until the rough skin is burned into small bubbles and then scrape it off with a knife. Then cut the sea cucumber into two pieces, put it into boiling water to soak for two days, take it out and wash it, then blanch it once in a pot of boiling water with cooking wine, then change the water and blanch it a second time.

After blanching, use a cloth to drain the ginseng dry, use a knife to score flag-shaped patterns inside the ginseng cavity, then feed it with clear soup and set aside. Wash the pork fat and lean meat, winter bamboo shoots, mushrooms, ham, scallops, etc. and cut them into small cubes.

Put it into the hot lard pan and stir-fry it into stuffing. First add the diced pork elbow, then the diced winter bamboo shoots, soy sauce and cooking wine. Fill the prepared ginseng cavity with stuffing, put it into a steaming bowl, and add two soups and salt to the bowl. MSG, then seal the bowl and steam it in a steamer for one hour. When eating, remove the original juice, turn it over on a plate, mix the original juice with water and soybean powder, and pour it on the sea cucumber.
