3. Breast pain

Common symptoms include pain and tenderness in one or both breasts, with a history of two months to many years. Most patients have the characteristics of regular pain, which occurs or worsens before menstruation and eases or disappears after menstruation. It must be noted that although the regularity of mastalgia is a typical manifestation of the disease, the absence of this characteristic does not deny the existence of the disease.

4. Mood changes

Patients often feel emotionally blocked or irritable, which is aggravated by anger, tension, anxiety or fatigue.
