How to use the semi-quantitative ovulation test strips

There are many ovulation test strips now, and there are all kinds of ovulation test strips on the market. It is very important to choose an ovulation test strip that suits you. However, it is worth noting that no matter what ovulation test strip it is, it is not 100% accurate. When necessary, you still have to go to the hospital for examination and then make the final confirmation. The following is an introduction to a semi-quantitative ovulation test strip.

The value of semi-quantitative test strips mainly lies in the following three points.

1. It can roughly determine the LH concentration value at the LH peak, which is helpful for customers with abnormal LH hormone to understand the changes in their LH hormone levels.

2. If you are testing two menstrual cycles, semi-quantitative test strips may be more helpful. For example: the LH concentration level on the day when the test line is the darkest in the first menstrual cycle is about 45. In the second cycle, if the test line concentration is close to 45, then there is a high probability that the LH hormone level may have reached its peak. At this time, you can arrange to have sex without having to wait until the next day when the test line becomes lighter. Ordinary test strips cannot make advance judgments in this regard.

3. For customers who have used ordinary ovulation test strips and have shown strong positive results for many days or have never shown positive results, semi-quantitative test strips have a wider range of applications.

During the measurement process, it is best to use the first urine in the morning. The accuracy of the urine test results at this time will be relatively high. Another point worth noting is that during use, it is generally necessary to use it within one hour after opening, otherwise it will affect the measurement results.
