Early cervical diseases are mostly inflammations. When patients do not pay attention to the disease, the condition will progress again. Factors that cause the development of the disease are sexual intercourse, abortion, hygiene, etc. After the disease develops, erosion will form, which is a cervical erosion disease. At this time, the changes in the condition are already very serious. If it is not treated, it will develop into cancer. Therefore, patients must master the early symptoms of this disease so that they can detect the disease in time and treat it. So what are the early symptoms of cervical erosion? Cervical erosion is the most common local feature in the course of chronic metritis. Due to the infiltration of inflammatory secretions, the squamous epithelium of the cervix falls off and is replaced by the columnar epithelium of the cervical canal, which is manifested as cervical erosion. Clinically, cervical erosion is divided into grades I, II and III according to the size of the cervical erosion area. The symptoms in the early stage of the disease are: 1. Pain in the lower abdomen and waist. If you experience pain in the lower abdomen or lumbosacral area accompanied by a feeling of falling, you may be suffering from cervical erosion. This is because the inflammation spreads along the uterosacral ligament and cardinal ligament, causing pelvic connective tissue inflammation, which causes pain. This is one of the symptoms of early cervical erosion. 2. Frequent urination or difficulty urinating. When the inflammation spreads to the trigone or around the bladder, frequent urination or difficulty urinating may occur. 3. Increased vaginal discharge. Increased vaginal discharge is the most important characteristic of the early symptoms of cervical erosion, and other gynecological diseases may also cause increased vaginal discharge. But unlike other gynecological diseases, the leucorrhea caused by cervical erosion is milky white or light yellow purulent secretion, and sometimes bloody or mixed with blood. 4. Itching and pain in the vulva. Since increased vaginal discharge can irritate the vulva and vagina, it can cause women to suffer from vulvitis or vaginitis, causing the patient to experience severe itching and pain in the vulva and vagina. It can be seen that the early symptoms of cervical erosion are mostly general gynecological inflammatory diseases. In addition, the cervix is inside the vagina, and abnormalities cannot be detected by the naked eye. Therefore, abnormalities will not be discovered in the early stages and the disease will not be diagnosed. However, patients can undergo gynecological examinations to determine the disease, so that the type of disease can be confirmed and the patient can receive appropriate treatment. Otherwise, blind treatment will occur and the treatment will not be hindered. |
