What to do if your hair falls out after giving birth

3. Preserved fruits for hair care and blood nourishment

50 grams of dried longan pulp, 30 grams of small red dates, 30 grams of mulberry fruits, 30 grams of wolfberry fruits, and appropriate amount of honey. Add appropriate amount of water, simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, then add honey and cook until the juice becomes thick. Eating about 10 grams a day can nourish blood and promote hair growth.

A head of black and beautiful hair is a symbol of charm for many of us women, so we must pay enough attention to our hair. If the hair is still falling out six months after giving birth, and the hair loss becomes more severe, this should arouse our enough attention.
