1. Endocrine disorders. This is the most important reason why women snore and an important characteristic that distinguishes them from other groups.

2. Snoring is a phenomenon that occurs after overwork, overtime, drinking, smoking, and staying up late.

3. Nasal causes: deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps, enlarged nasal conchae, congestion and hypertrophy of nasal mucosa, chronic rhinitis, etc.

4. Causes of the pharynx: enlarged tonsils and adenoids, enlarged uvula, enlarged and drooping soft palate, and enlarged tongue.

5. Respiratory reasons: The parts most prone to obstruction are the oropharynx and laryngopharynx, and often both parts collapse at the same time. Therefore, due to the above-mentioned pharyngeal reasons and congenital anatomical malformations as the main causes of snoring, female snoring should not be delayed and should be treated early.

It is worth noting that snoring in women may be accompanied by pharyngitis, bad breath, dry mouth, shortness of breath, morning headache, lack of energy during the day and other symptoms. Women who snore may suffer from sallow complexion, rough skin, obesity, bad breath, bitter taste in the mouth, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea and other diseases that seriously damage their health due to poor blood circulation. In severe cases, women may even enter menopause 3-15 years earlier.

These undoubtedly have a great impact on women's image.

Because there are many reasons for women to snore, and most of them are due to physical illness, so once snoring occurs, especially when the snoring is loud while sleeping, you must pay attention to check it in time.
