Many women observe whether their physiology is normal or not through their leucorrhea and menstrual conditions. Leucorrhea will increase over a period of time, although the color and smell have not changed. Why does it increase? What will happen if there is too much leucorrhea? Let’s take a look at this issue below. Normal leucorrhea is composed of a mixture of vaginal mucosal exudates, cervical secretions and some endometrial secretions. The amount discharged varies from individual to individual and there is no odor. This is related to the estrogen level in the body and the degree of genital congestion. Abnormal leucorrhea is the most common symptom in women. There are many reasons for abnormal leucorrhea, such as foreign objects in the vagina, contraceptive devices in the uterus, cervical erosion, candidal vaginitis or Trichomonas vaginitis, etc. The second is improper cleaning by women. (1) Colorless, transparent, sticky leucorrhea: mostly caused by the use of estrogen drugs or physical weakness. Symptoms include normal appearance, heavy vaginal discharge, and lower back pain and fatigue. (2) Purulent leucorrhea: It is often caused by purulent bacterial infections such as Trichomonas vaginitis, chronic cervicitis, senile vaginitis, endometritis, uterine effusion, and vaginal foreign bodies. It appears yellow or yellow-green and has a fishy smell. (3) Tofu-like leucorrhea: It is caused by candidal vaginitis, accompanied by vulvar itching. (4) Bloody leucorrhea: It is mostly caused by cervical polyps, senile vaginitis, severe chronic cervicitis, cervical cancer, uterine cancer or side effects of intrauterine contraceptive device. In particular, there is varying amounts of blood mixed in the leucorrhea, accompanied by dizziness. Yellow leucorrhea: If the leucorrhea is yellow, you should be alert to the possibility of cervical erosion. The main symptoms of female cervical disease are increased vaginal discharge and yellow vaginal discharge, which can be divided into mild, moderate and severe levels. Contact vaginal bleeding may also occur. Break the wife's lifetime system and implement the aunt's shareholding system. Introduce the lady competition system and promote the lover contract system. Yellow-green leucorrhea: Yellow-green leucorrhea is a typical manifestation of Trichomonas vaginitis, which is the most common type of vaginitis. It may also appear foamy or have an odor. Bloody leucorrhea: There are many reasons for bloody leucorrhea. In addition to physiological ovulation bleeding, this is also the most common clinical manifestation of cervical disease: such as cervical erosion, cervical polyps, cervicitis, etc. There are mainly two situations when there is an abnormal increase in leucorrhea. For example, during the ovulation period, the increase in leucorrhea and the stringiness of leucorrhea are physiological manifestations, while the other is pathological manifestations. So when you can't determine what the cause is, you must go to the hospital for examination first. |
