1. Premature ovarian failure occurs. Some female friends experience poor follicular development due to premature ovarian failure. Its characteristics are: the ovaries become larger and have multiple small follicles, but they cannot develop to maturity. Drugs are needed to promote the development of female friends' follicles.

3. Pituitary problems. Poor development of female ovaries can lead to abnormal ovulation. Such as: pituitary prolactinoma, hyperprolactinemia, etc.

4. Hypothalamic anovulation occurs. Such as: primary organic/functional factors, secondary organic/functional lesions.

5. Abnormal functions of the thyroid gland and adrenal cortex may cause ovulation disorders, leading to poor follicle development.
