Mild fatty liver in women

Mild fatty liver in women

Nowadays, many people do not pay attention to their diet and consume a lot of liver fat or high-cholesterol foods, which causes mild fatty liver! So, what should women do if they have mild fatty liver? Let’s take a look at it below.

1. Moderate fitness exercise

When you are diagnosed with mild fatty liver, you need to improve your daily exercise, and don't stay at home all the time. On the one hand, regular exercise can relieve unnecessary body fat and have the effect of losing weight, and it can also enhance your immunity and reduce the chance of getting sick.

Fitness exercises should be dominated by aerobic exercises. There are many extensive sports, such as jogging, cycling, skipping, playing table tennis, swimming and so on. These exercises are very helpful for patients with mild fatty liver to alleviate the condition. If you stick to it for a period of time, the mild fatty liver may be gone.

2. Effective diet combination

The vast majority of patients with mild fatty liver disease suffer from it because their daily diet is not properly allocated and they consume too much high-fat food. Therefore, if you find that you have mild fatty liver, you must arrange your daily diet properly and eat more high-protein foods and low-calorie foods. The same goes for the vegetable oil you take on a daily basis. It is best to choose some monounsaturated fat vegetable oil as much as possible. This includes, for example, cooking oil, vegetable oil, and vegetable oil such as camellia oil. However, saturated oleic acid oil must not be taken, and the intake of cholesterol should be limited. Animal organs should not be eaten temporarily.

3. Scientific research on treatment

The treatment of mild fatty liver should be mainly maintenance-oriented, and it is not a very serious disease. The purpose of maintenance is to prevent mild fatty liver from developing into a serious condition. In addition to paying attention to maintenance, you can also receive treatment. The common way to treat fatty liver is to use drugs to protect the liver, fat-removing drugs, and antioxidants. The actual use of drugs requires consultation with a doctor and cannot be used casually.
