Avoid mental stress and do not cover yourself too thickly when sleeping, which can reduce the pain and itching. Avoid smoking, drinking, coffee, and eating spicy foods.

4. For vulvar pain and itching that cannot be diagnosed for the time being, you can use 3% boric acid or 1% to 2% chlorpheniramine solution for wet compresses, 40% zinc oxide oil, calamine lotion and 2% diphenhydramine ointment, or use external medications such as suppositories. If necessary, you can take oral drugs such as chlorpheniramine, but you should not use hormones, iodine, alcohol, etc.
