How to treat fallopian tube adhesions

How to treat fallopian tube adhesions

Nowadays, due to social pressure and environmental influences, many women have infertility. Once a female patient has this problem, she should pay attention to timely treatment to ensure her health and avoid permanent infertility due to infertility problems that are not treated in time, especially the problem of fallopian tube adhesion and hydrops. So how to treat fallopian tube adhesion and hydrops?

1. Intrauterine injection of drugs

If the fallopian tube is mildly adhered or blocked, drugs can be injected into the uterine cavity and fallopian tube through the vagina. This will allow the drug to come into direct contact with the lesion, thereby reducing local congestion and edema, and inhibiting the formation and development of fibrous tissue, thereby dissolving and softening the adhesion. A certain amount of pressure during injection will separate the adhesion. Among them, commonly used Western medicines include antibiotics, hormones, proteolytic enzymes, etc.

2. Physical therapy

Patients can be treated with ultrashort wave, ion penetration, Chinese medicine enema and other methods to promote blood circulation, eliminate cell edema and relieve adhesion.

3. Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Some patients with hydrosalpinx can be cured through traditional Chinese medicine. It mainly uses blood circulation and blood stasis removal, and dredges the meridians. Generally, the commonly used drugs are Synergistic Shutongli, Pelvic Inflammation Qing, and Fuluxin.

IV. Interventional and surgical treatment

If the above methods are not effective in treating hydrosalpinx, then hysterosalpingography can be used to diagnose the site of obstruction, and interventional treatment or salpingostomy and fallopian tube anastomosis can be considered for treatment.

If the patient has the problem of fallopian tube adhesion and fluid accumulation, the patient should pay attention to consult a doctor for treatment in time, so as to avoid the threat to the patient's safety due to the deterioration of the disease. In particular, the patient should pay attention to ensure his physical health and avoid erosion caused by fallopian tube adhesion and fluid accumulation.
