What are the causes of disease in utero?

I believe that most women will encounter the phenomenon of uterine prolapse in daily life. This is also a common gynecological disease for women, but most women do not understand the cause. This is a relatively common situation, but for girls, if you don’t understand the cause, you may not know how to regulate it, which will cause great harm to your body.

1. Birth injury is the primary cause. For example, prolonged delivery or difficult labor can easily damage the pelvic floor muscles and ligaments; getting out of bed too early to do housework during the confinement period, or doing heavy lifting too early.

2. Amenorrhea is a major cause. It is reported that uterine prolapse occurs in about 2/3 of postmenopausal women. Insufficient estrogen levels after menopause cause hormone-dependent reproductive organs and tissues to begin to atrophy and degenerate, the pelvic muscles to lose elasticity, and the ligaments supporting the uterus to relax, resulting in the entire pelvic floor tissue becoming weak.

3. Long-term increased abdominal pressure is a major factor. Conditions such as chronic cough, habitual constipation, long-term heavy labor, regular and inappropriate exercise, and tumors in the abdominal cavity can all cause increased abdominal pressure and cause the uterus to move downward.

In addition, some women have congenital uterine or pelvic floor muscle hypoplasia, which can also cause premature uterine prolapse.

Uterine prolapse is often caused gradually by the combined effects of the above reasons. Some women suffer birth injuries during childbirth. Uterine prolapse is not obvious at the time, but it will worsen after menopause. If there is chronic cough or constipation, it will inevitably lead to prolapse.

Since uterine prolapse is overwhelmingly the result of childbirth trauma, it is a preventable condition. If the pelvic floor muscles or birth canal are damaged after delivery, they must be repaired in time.

After reading the above explanation, you must know the cause of uterine prolapse now. Then you can avoid these things clearly in the future, and it can also prevent uterine prolapse, which is very good for your body. If you don’t pay attention to these aspects, you may be kept in the dark, and when it really happens, you will feel very panicked.
