Shampoos containing Chinese herbal ingredients are relatively gentle and will not cause extra burden to the scalp when used. Shampoo containing olive oil can also effectively deal with the problem of hair loss. Olive oil has a good nourishing effect on the scalp and skin, but when using olive oil, it should be applied to the ends of the hair rather than the roots.

Shampoo should be changed frequently. Hair conditions vary in different seasons. It is impossible to achieve the best hair care effect by always using the same shampoo.

3. How to wash your hair to reduce hair loss

When washing your hair, you should use clean warm water, and the water temperature should be between 30 and 40 degrees. Too high or too low is not good for the scalp. When using shampoo, you should first apply the shampoo in the center of your palm, and then wash your hair. You can choose an anti-hair loss shampoo.

Adjust the frequency of washing your hair appropriately. You can decide how often to wash your hair based on your personal environment and external factors such as the surrounding air. Generally, 2 or 3 times a week is enough. Never use highly alkaline soap to wash your hair. Washing and conditioner must be separated, and avoid using two-in-one shampoo and conditioner products.

Instead, you can use the tips of your fingers to gently rub and circle your scalp for massage, or use a special small scalp massage brush. The longer the shampooing time is, the better it is. It is best to control it to about 3 minutes.

4. How to deal with hair loss after washing

First determine whether the hair loss is normal. Observe whether hair loss is related to the hair care products you are currently using. If so, stop using them immediately. If hair loss is occasional, you should pay attention to whether you have been under high mental stress recently. If so, you should adjust your state and avoid being under high pressure frequently. If hair loss continues for a period of time and the amount of hair lost is large, then you should seek medical attention immediately and receive professional care.
