Why does black blood come out of the vagina?

Women's health is an issue that people are concerned about nowadays. Since women have menstruation, most female friends are more concerned about their private parts. However, problems of one kind or another are inevitable. For example, black blood flows from the vagina. Most women will be very nervous and scared when they see it. So why does black blood flow from the vagina and what should we do?

To consider the possibility of cervical erosion, a colposcopy is recommended.

Pathogen infection. Using contaminated sanitary products allows pathogens to enter the reproductive tract from the vaginal opening, causing infection and increased leucorrhea. Some types of pathogens enter the female reproductive system and may infect the reproductive tract, thereby causing increased leucorrhea. For example, if a woman goes to the toilet and wipes the toilet paper in the wrong direction, she may also bring anal bacteria to the reproductive tract and cause more leucorrhea. Therefore, when women use toilet paper to wipe the anus, they should develop the habit of wiping from the vaginal opening to the anus or to the side. If you are in the ovulation period, it may be considered ovulation bleeding.

Uterine bleeding: Uterine bleeding during ovulation occurs during the menstrual cycle. The amount of bleeding is small, and sometimes only brown discharge is present. It usually stops on its own in 2-3 days, and the longest is 7 days. Occasionally, it is similar to menstruation and is mistaken for having two menstruations in a month.

Abdominal pain: Periodic pain between menstruation, which can be mild or severe dysmenorrhea-type, usually lasting for several hours, and in some patients it can last for 2-3 days.

Infertility: It may be caused by cessation of sexual life due to ovulation bleeding, thus missing the opportunity of conception. Ovulation bleeding is a common gynecological disease. Modern medicine believes that the disease is caused by insufficient estrogen levels. It is treated with small doses of estrogen replacement therapy. Although it has short-term efficacy, the long-term efficacy is poor and it is prone to recurrence. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is required. If the bleeding is heavy or affects fertility, medication can be used.
