What to do if you have vulvar itching during menstruation?

Women's bodies will be more humid in summer when they are menstruating because blood flows out. Especially during this period, if you do not pay attention to the hygiene of your genitals, it is easy to cause bacterial infection. However, some itching is also a common physiological phenomenon. Once the vulva is itchy, some methods are needed to regulate it. What are the specific causes? The editor has the following treatment methods.

Diet therapy and folk remedies for female vaginal itching

1. 2 eggs, half an apple, 20 grams of sugar, 150 ml of milk. Crack the eggs into a pot of boiling water and cook until done. Remove from the water and place in a bowl. Peel and core the apple, cut into small cubes, put into a pot with sugar and milk, and boil. Pour into a bowl with a poached egg. Eat once in the morning and once in the evening.

2. 30 grams each of mung beans and kelp, appropriate amount of white sugar, and 100 grams of polished rice. First wash and chop the kelp, soak the mung beans for half a day, wash the rice, and put them into a pot together to cook into porridge. When it is almost cooked, add sugar. Take it once a day in the morning and evening for 7 to 10 days.

3. If women’s genitals are extremely itchy, you can use one liang of Cnidium monnieri and two qian of alum, boil them into a decoction and wash the area frequently.

4. Use 50 grams of scallion roots and 50 peppercorns, add 500 ml of water and boil, then use it to wash the genitals twice a day. Wash for 3 consecutive days and the condition will be cured.

5. Use 2 liang of wolf's teeth and 3 liang of cnidium monnieri to boil water and use for hot washing.

6. Roll the rosin powder into a paper tube, add three peppercorns to each tube, soak in oil for three days, let the paper tube burn and drip oil, and apply the oil to the affected area. Before applying the oil, wash the affected area with rice water.

7. Take 500 grams of fresh peach leaves. Add water to decoct the decoction and wash the affected area twice a day, or mash an appropriate amount of peach leaves and cover with gauze.

Wrap it and insert it into the vagina, change it twice a day, and use it for 1 week.

The menstrual period is a time when women's bodies are relatively weak. Because of the amount of menstrual flow, the skin around the vagina is stimulated, causing itching. This is a relatively normal situation. You should pay attention to the hygiene and health of your lower body. The above are some treatment remedies introduced by the editor. They are less irritating to the human body and have almost no side effects. They are mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine. I believe they can give women a healthy life.
