What is the reason for thin watery leucorrhea?

For us women, we not only have to take care of the family, children, the elderly, husbands, and relatives and friends around us, but one day we find that our physical condition is not as good as before and our energy is not as abundant as before. What's going on? In fact, we all care about our appearance, figure, work, and family, but has anyone cared about their uterus and leucorrhea? What should we do if leucorrhea is abnormal?

Normal leucorrhea is composed of a mixture of vaginal mucosal exudates, cervical secretions and some endometrial secretions, and has no odor. Leucorrhea contains lactobacillus, bacteria and antibodies, so it has the effect of inhibiting bacterial growth. During each menstrual cycle, the quality and quantity of leucorrhea changes as the secretion of estrogen varies. During sexual intercourse, the secretion of the vaginal mucosa increases, and semen flows into the vagina during sexual intercourse, so you will feel "a lot of thin watery leucorrhea flowing out." As long as the leucorrhea has no odor and there are no symptoms such as vulvar itching, it is normal leucorrhea and there is no need to worry.

The relationship between leucorrhea and the uterus: Leucorrhea is the secretion of the vagina and cervix. Under normal circumstances, the amount is very small, transparent, shiny and sticky, and has no odor. However, if it stays in the vagina for too long, it may become slightly yellow. If the amount of leucorrhea increases, turns yellow, and has an odor, consider the possibility of vaginitis and cervicitis. It is recommended that you go to a regular hospital for a gynecological examination to confirm the diagnosis.

Suggestions: Keep the vulva clean and dry in daily life. Avoid scratching, wash with hot water and use soap. Use potassium permanganate solution for sitting bath when infected. Underwear should be breathable and loose. Avoid alcohol and spicy or allergic food.

Don't be nervous if your leucorrhea is abnormal. You should go to the hospital for a check-up as soon as your period ends to prevent cervical and vaginal diseases. Early detection and early treatment are important. Listen to your doctor's advice and eat more nutritious foods. During sexual intercourse, both husband and wife should pay attention to hygiene to avoid cross-infection, which will affect the couple's sexual happiness.
