What causes gynecological vaginal bleeding?

Vaginal bleeding is the most important sign of a woman's health. It is mainly used to check for gynecological diseases. Many people feel that vaginal bleeding causes problems. In fact, it is a symptom. After the symptom appears, what exactly causes it? I believe many people are confused, and there is no very accurate display of the cause. The editor will introduce several possible situations to you.

1. Vaginal diseases.

(1) Vaginitis: When severe candidal vaginitis occurs, the vaginal mucosa may be covered with a white film-like substance. After wiping it off, superficial ulcers or erosions may be seen on the vaginal wall, and there may be bleeding on the ulcer surface. Patients often have vulvar itching and pain and dreg-like leucorrhea. When suffering from senile vaginitis, the patient's vaginal wall may also have small bleeding spots, usually in small amounts, with blood in the leucorrhea, and accompanied by itching and pain in the vulva.

(2) Vaginal tumors: When a tumor, such as vaginal cancer, grows on the vaginal wall, the tumor surface may become necrotic and ulcerated due to infection, causing irregular vaginal bleeding, but the amount of bleeding is generally not much.

(3) Vaginal injury: Foreign bodies in the vagina can damage the vaginal wall and cause bleeding. Since the vaginal wall of postmenopausal women is thin, sexual intercourse may also cause vaginal injury, leading to vaginal bleeding.

2. Cervical lesions.

(1) Cervical inflammation: Vaginal bleeding may occasionally occur when suffering from cervical polyps or cervical erosion. Most of the time, there will be blood in the leucorrhea, and most of the time it is contact bleeding. When suffering from cervical tuberculosis, the diseased tissue may ulcerate, and when the ulcer surface ruptures, it will cause vaginal bleeding; sometimes the diseased tissue is nodular or papillary, and because of its brittle texture, it is also prone to bleeding.

(2) Cervical cancer: When the tumor invades the blood vessels in the stroma, it can cause vaginal bleeding. It starts as contact bleeding and then develops into a small amount of irregular vaginal bleeding. In the late stage, the amount of bleeding increases and may even be heavy bleeding.

In fact, in addition to the above content, there are also some uterine diseases, such as common endometritis and uterine fibroids, which can cause irregular vaginal bleeding and hinder the body's hormones and endocrine changes. The editor's analysis of this situation is only general, and it is recommended that everyone should develop their own inspection plan.
