Why does my lower abdomen hurt after a miscarriage?

Lower abdominal pain after miscarriage is a common concern for pregnant women. Many pregnant women will experience lower abdominal pain after miscarriage. The main reasons for this situation are imbalance of qi and blood, loss of nutrition in the uterus, etc. Therefore, to treat the symptom of lower abdominal pain after miscarriage, we must first solve the body's nutritional problems and damaged kidneys, etc., so that we can quickly treat and heal.

Abdominal pain is a common symptom in many gynecological diseases, and many diseases that cause lower abdominal pain are often accompanied by lumbar pain. The cause may be related to menstruation. In addition, the occurrence of pain may also be related to endocrine disorders, uterine hypoplasia and excessive uterine anteflexion, excessive or insufficient menstruation, endometriosis and genital inflammation. The above diseases all have persistent burning pain in the lower abdomen as the main symptom, sometimes accompanied by dull pain on both sides of the lower abdomen. The first thing that comes to mind is the cecum, appendix, right ovary and fallopian tube, right ureter, etc. Pain in the upper left abdomen may be caused by the stomach, spleen, pancreas, left kidney, or left part of the large intestine. Pain in the left lower abdomen may be caused by the sigmoid colon, left ovary and fallopian tube, left ureter, etc. If it is pain around the navel, it mainly indicates pain in the small intestine. Your current symptoms are most likely due to inflammation caused by a spontaneous abortion. There is a high possibility of acute adnexitis, which is closely related to your abortion.

If the treatment effect of acute and chronic adnexitis is not very good, surgical treatment should be considered. If the acute adnexitis is ovarian and fallopian tube pus, and the cell mass is relatively large, it is impossible to completely absorb it with antibiotics alone. If the symptoms have not been relieved after 72 hours of active treatment, surgical treatment should be considered. Chronic adnexitis also requires surgical treatment if there is uncured hydrosalpinx or ovarian cysts.

It is really a very sad thing for a mother who has had a miscarriage. Compared with physical illness, the pain in the heart is more difficult to heal than physical pain. While treating the physical wounds, it is best to take good care of the mother who has had a miscarriage, give her more guidance, walk her around, and let her forget about it. This will help the mother who has had a miscarriage recover faster.
