3. Carpet-type condyloma acuminatum: Vaginal condyloma acuminatum is white and flake-like, slightly higher than normal skin and mucous membrane. After applying 3% acetic acid, it turns white locally. There are dot-like or spiral blood vessels scattered on the surface arranged in a flower bed shape. It is a typical reverse mosaic colposcopy image.

In normal clinical manifestations, cauliflower-like and mushroom-like appearance are one of the most common clinical manifestations of vaginal condyloma acuminatum. Initially they appear as tiny pink papules, which gradually increase in number and size. The surface is raised, uneven, and soft in texture, forming single or multiple wart-like hyperplasias that are mushroom-like, cauliflower-like, or cockscomb-like in color and red or dirty gray. It is prone to erosion, may have exudate, and bleeds easily when touched. There is a thin, foul-smelling secretion between the cracks of the skin lesions, and some grow rapidly and merge into huge tumors, which are called giant vaginal condyloma acuminatum.
