What to do if your blood pressure is low during pregnancy

Many women will experience low blood pressure during the fifth month of pregnancy, and sometimes they will experience dizziness, which is obviously not a very pleasant experience. Women who have low blood pressure during their fifth month of pregnancy want to know how to solve this problem. Experts say that these are caused by overnutrition. Let’s take a look at how to solve the problem of low blood pressure! I hope everyone can understand this issue through the editor’s introduction.

The following is about two aspects: diet and exercise

I don't recommend taking supplements or medicines.

1. Increase nutritional supplements. At this time, you can eat more foods high in protein, but remember to consume fat. Eat more: milk, chicken, fish, pork, animal liver, etc.

2. Eat less blood pressure-lowering foods. Your blood pressure is already low at this time, and if you eat more, there will be no improvement. Avoid celery, radish, carrots and cold foods

3. "Have a baby soon." That's true, we can eat red dates, peanuts, or longan and lotus seeds. These are all for nourishing qi and blood, and are very helpful for pregnant women to supplement nutrition.

4. Eat more high-sodium foods (not foods with high salt) and high-cholesterol foods. Foods that are high in cholesterol, such as brain, liver, walnuts, peanuts, eggs, fish eggs, pork bones, etc., can increase blood pressure if eaten in moderation and regularly.

5. In addition to diet, maintain a good mood and go out for a walk more often. If you are less than five months pregnant, you can walk a little faster to speed up blood circulation. Take a walk with your lover for half an hour every day, and your baby will be healthy.

6. Watch some enjoyable short videos every day, not TV dramas or idol dramas (pregnant women are advised not to use computers too much, two or three hours a day is fine), funny videos or educational movies, etc. Let your mind be pleased.

If a woman who is five months pregnant finds that her blood pressure is low, she should pay attention to the above aspects. If she persists for a period of time, her blood pressure will return to normal. However, the most common cause of low blood pressure is over-nutrition. I hope that family members will not give pregnant women too many nutritional supplements. Just eat like normal people, and your blood pressure will not be so low.
