How to sweat after childbirth

How to sweat after childbirth

Everyone knows the benefits of sweating. Some pregnant women choose to use sweating to detoxify the body during the confinement period, and this practice has many benefits to the human body. So how to detoxify the body by sweating after childbirth?

Generally speaking, the sweating method used during confinement is to take Chinese medicine or hot water, and then raise the temperature at home appropriately and cover yourself with a mattress to sweat. In fact, this approach still has some shortcomings. It is neither reasonable nor hygienic. Especially in summer, germs are more prosperous, especially during the confinement period, the frequency of washing and bathing is reduced, a lot of sweating and not cleaning in time will cause many health risks to the human body. Improper sweating during the confinement period is actually useless.

Currently, a more systematic method of sweating is to use "microwave therapy" to help postpartum sweating. The mother sweats evenly at room temperature of 40-60°C. Enjoying 20 minutes of light therapy is equivalent to 10 kilometers of jogging. During the light therapy, pregnant women are given special herbal decoctions to promote blood circulation and activate metabolism. Clears body cold and completely detoxifies the body, consumes fat, and improves immunity.

If you have the conditions, you can try to choose a local professional confinement center where you can have a baby without any sweating after giving birth. New mothers can sweat and detoxify their bodies every 30 days, 42 days and 100 days after giving birth. If you have body pain after giving birth, you can go 3-5 times a week. If the human body has no symptoms, then there is no problem.
