Some women do not pay attention to avoiding cold during menstruation, for example, they eat cold drinks, wash their hair with cold water, and are not careful in their daily life and diet, which leads to cold stagnation in the uterus and poor blood circulation, resulting in the appearance of less menstrual volume.

2. Reasons for scanty and brown menstruation
