Why is the ovulation test paper dark on the top and light on the bottom?

Why is the ovulation test paper dark on the top and light on the bottom?

There are many ovulation test strips on the market, and the market demand is also relatively large. Ovulation test strips can help families who are planning to have children to better calculate the appropriate time, and are loved by many families. The principle of ovulation test strips is actually to detect the peak level of luteinizing hormone to determine whether it is in the ovulation period, but ovulation test strips are not 100% accurate.

Ovulation test results interpretation:

(1) Two purple-red lines appear, and the lower line (test line) is significantly lighter than the upper line (control line), indicating that the LH level in urine has not yet reached a peak and testing must be continued every day;

(2) Two purple-red lines appear, and the upper and lower lines (control line and test line) are basically the same color, or the lower line (test line) is darker than the upper line (control line), indicating that you will ovulate within 24-48 hours;

(3) If only one purple-red line (control line) appears at the top of the test strip, it means there is no ovulation.

However, if this situation occurs, there are many reasons. It may be before ovulation, that is, when ovulation is about to occur, or it may be a weak positive after ovulation. It depends on whether you have achieved a strong positive before. Sometimes the sensitivity of the test paper will also affect the strong positive. Test paper with poor sensitivity is generally not easy to detect a strong positive.

When choosing ovulation test strips, you must choose good quality and guaranteed test strips to avoid accidents during the measurement process. It is best not to drink water within 2 hours before the test to avoid affecting the test results. The best time to measure is when you just wake up in the morning, choose the first urine in the morning.
