Causes of obstruction in the ampulla of the fallopian tube

Every woman’s lifelong wish may be to have a husband who loves her and children who are filial to her. When you are married and want a baby, but you and your husband try hard but still don't get any results, I think it would be a very disappointing feeling. So what exactly caused this situation? Let’s take a look together today.

Fallopian tube obstruction is often caused by adhesion, congestion, edema of the fallopian tube wall due to artificial abortion, spontaneous abortion, medical abortion, induced labor, unclean sexual intercourse, pelvic infection, etc., which leads to blockage, resulting in the inability of sperm and egg to combine, and ultimately leading to infertility. Fallopian tube disease is progressive and worsens. The current treatment for fallopian tube obstruction is a combined hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and fallopian tube surgery to recanalize the fallopian tube. The unblocking rate is high, the trauma is minimal, and you can try to get pregnant the next month. It is recommended that you choose a regular specialist hospital for treatment.

The ampulla of the fallopian tube was blocked and only imaging could be done. A 76% radiopaque pad was injected through the catheter. The uterus was well visualized, slightly tilted backward, and of normal size. The entire left fallopian tube was not visualized, while the right fallopian tube was visualized to the ampulla. After the tube was removed, an X-ray was taken; no contrast agent diffusion was observed in the pelvic cavity.

Bilateral fallopian tube blockage can also be a cause. Fallopian tube obstruction is a common cause of infertility, accounting for 1/3 of infertile patients. It has been gradually increasing in recent years and is a difficult problem in the treatment of infertility. Fallopian tube obstruction is mainly caused by inflammation spreading upward through the endometrium, first causing inflammatory changes in the fallopian tube mucosa, degeneration or shedding of the fallopian tube epithelium, leading to adhesion of the fallopian tube mucosa, and then closure of the fallopian tube lumen or fimbria. It is recommended that you undergo surgery.

If you have had multiple abortions before marriage, or have had unclean sexual intercourse, it is very likely that your fallopian tubes will be blocked, making it difficult to get pregnant. Here I have to remind those women who treat feelings as a joke and sacrifice themselves for love at every turn that it is wrong for you to do so. You are not sure that you can be with him until the end, so why do you still do this? As a woman, you must learn to protect yourself.
