Want to get pregnant? Can you get pregnant with low estrogen?

Will low estrogen affect pregnancy? Low hormone levels can lead to abnormal ovulation, so this will directly affect the success rate of pregnancy. However, low hormone levels are not a single problem but often a series of problems. Estrogen levels vary from day to day, so it depends on when it is low. There are six hormones. Don't just look at this one. You need to look at the six sex hormones to analyze where the problem lies. Is it because the ovarian function itself is not good, or is it because of poor ovulation? Different causes require different treatments.

Estrogen can prepare for conception by stimulating the endometrium, which can cause it to proliferate and thicken. This is also why low estrogen levels can lead to less menstrual blood in women. Without conception, the endometrium will shed and form menstruation. Therefore, low estrogen levels can affect women’s ovarian function, lead to ovarian infertility, and affect women’s reproductive health. Estrogen acts directly on the ovaries, stimulating the development of follicles; it also acts indirectly, with the level of estrogen in the blood promoting or inhibiting the release of gonadotropin, thereby indirectly affecting ovarian function, leading to anovulation and affecting female fertility. Balanced hormones can be improved from the following four aspects:

1. Supplement estrogen. Pay attention to nutritional supplements, ensure balanced nutrition and a reasonable diet structure.

2. Relax. Adjust your mindset and reduce stress.

3. Live a regular life. Don't stay up late, ensure adequate sleep, and do more outdoor activities.

4. Eat more soybeans, lentils, cereals, wheat, black rice, fennel, sunflower seeds, onions and other foods containing vegetable matter.

Foods that produce phytoestrogens. These foods contain a lot of phytoestrogens.

After understanding whether low estrogen levels are necessary for pregnancy, women should eat more foods that are good for the body when they want to get pregnant. Also, before getting pregnant, women should not choose some intense exercises. These exercises have a great impact on pregnancy. If they are not changed, it will lead to miscarriage in the early stages of pregnancy and damage the body.
