Changes in vaginal discharge during pregnancy

Children, there is so much to say, every child is a little angel given to us by God! Whether you are pregnant unexpectedly or have a planned baby, once you know you are pregnant, girls should study and understand the relevant precautions and knowledge about pregnancy with their significant other! Only in this way can we help parents give birth to a healthy baby! Therefore, after becoming pregnant, girls must know what normal changes will occur in their bodies!

Physiological leucorrhea includes secretions from the labia majora and minora, Bartholin's glands, vaginal exudates and cervical glands, as well as a small amount secreted by the endometrium. It is a white, flocculent, viscous liquid, the amount and properties of which vary slightly with the menstrual cycle.

Leucorrhea 1. The sensitivity of leucorrhea varies greatly from person to person. Some women have a lot of leucorrhea but do not feel any discomfort, while others, although their reproductive tract secretions are normal or only slightly increased, often have a wet feeling in the vulva and feel confused and uncomfortable, so they are eager to seek treatment. This is related to one's personality, social status and cultural level. In fact, all healthy women under the influence of estrogen have reproductive tract discharge, commonly known as leucorrhea, which should not be understood as a pathology. Among patients who complain of increased leucorrhea, about 10% have physiological leucorrhea, or normal cervical fluid, or normal exfoliation of vaginal epithelial cells. Therefore, for patients with increased leucorrhea, we should first distinguish whether it is physiological or pathological leucorrhea.

It’s only been one month since you became pregnant. Your body shape and weight are about the same as before you became pregnant. But in fact, your uterine wall begins to soften and thicken, your ovaries begin to secrete progesterone, and your nipples become darker and more sensitive. At this time, the fetus is just a tiny embryo formed by the fertilized egg, and has just begun to settle down in the mother's body.

After pregnancy, the estrogen level in the body increases as the pregnancy progresses. Estrogen promotes the secretion of cervical glands and endometrial glands, increasing the amount of vaginal mucus. Therefore, pregnant women have more leucorrhea than before pregnancy, which is milky white and odorless, like egg white. This is a normal phenomenon. If the color, quantity, and quality of leucorrhea change abnormally, it is called abnormal leucorrhea.

This month's fetus is still a fertilized egg, about 0.2mm long and weighing 1.505μg. It is called a "germ" or "embryo". It looks very, very small now! Through B-ultrasound, we can see that its shape is like a small pine nut.

At one week of pregnancy, there is no fetus yet. The sperm and egg are in your body and your partner's body respectively. The fertilized egg is formed at 3 weeks of pregnancy and implants at 4 weeks of pregnancy. At this time, the amniotic cavity is formed, but its size is very small. B-ultrasound cannot clearly show signs of pregnancy.

The fetus is now very inconspicuous, about 0.2cm long, very small and soft. The fetus that has just implanted in the uterus does not yet look like a "human" in appearance. Its head is the same size as its body and looks like a fish with four gills and a long tail.

By the end of this month, the prototypes of various organs begin to appear, and the placenta and umbilical cord also begin to develop. Although the fetus' heart is no bigger than a poppy seed, it has already begun to beat.

When expectant mothers encounter something they are unsure about, they must speak up and discuss solutions with their families! Let all babies come into this world healthy. Because they will bring a lot of hope and joy to each of our families! Therefore, pregnant mothers must be nicer to themselves, pay more attention to their babies, learn more about pregnancy, and know what to do when encountering problems.
