Bleeding but no pain after having sex

Bleeding but no pain after having sex

I believe that many women may encounter some abnormal uterine bleeding, especially after having sex. Many female friends may not know why the bleeding occurs. The uterus is a very important reproductive organ for women. If bleeding occurs, it must be treated, because it plays a very important role in our children and health. So today I will briefly introduce to you why this situation occurs?

Why is there bleeding after sex but no pain?

If there is bleeding during intercourse, most people think it is cervical erosion, but it is also possible that ovulation bleeding occurs during the girl's ovulation period. At this stage, you can continue to observe and pay attention to private hygiene. If bleeding occurs after intercourse frequently, you need to go to the hospital for examination with a vaginal speculum, colposcopy, and cervical TCT examination when necessary, which is conducive to diagnosis and targeted treatment.

What is the reason for abnormal uterine bleeding during sexual intercourse? Bleeding during sexual intercourse is a common symptom of gynecological diseases, mainly due to the following reasons:

1. Cervicitis (corrosion)

90% of married women suffer from cervicitis. Cervicitis is divided into three types: mild, moderate and severe according to the amount of cervical erosion. For those with mild to moderate cervical erosion, the rubbing of the cervix by the glans penis during sexual intercourse may cause injury and bleeding.

2. Cervical cyst

The persistent irritation of the cervix by inflammation can cause cervical cysts. Single or multiple small pedunculated granulation structures grow at the cervical opening, which look like yellow sprouts and are as large as a finger. The cyst is brittle and will bleed if touched, so couples will bleed after sexual intercourse. This type of bleeding is usually bright red in color.

3. Cervical cancer

Bleeding after sexual intercourse is the earliest symptom. Because there are more small blood vessels in the cancerous area and the structure is relatively fragile, the capillaries will bleed due to damaged barriers after each sexual intercourse. If the cancer progresses, bleeding will become more frequent.

4. Endometriosis

Some uterine endometriosis develops in the cervix and appears as a purple-blue mass. If a couple encounters this type of purple-blue disordered nodule foci during sexual intercourse, it will cause bleeding.

According to what I have said, do you have some understanding of the bleeding during sexual intercourse? If such a situation occurs in daily life, you need to take corresponding preventive measures in time, so as to avoid unnecessary inflammation. If you do not take medication in time, it will affect your normal fertility in the future and may affect your future family harmony.
