Causes of female infertility

Causes of female infertility

In recent years, more and more women have been suffering from infertility, and the factors that cause infertility include uterine uterus, bilateral fallopian tubes, abortion, etc. In addition to human factors, there are many external factors that cause infertility. With the rapid development of the economy, our living environment, our own work and rest time, and diet are also the culprits of infertility.

Therefore, reproductive experts today have sorted out the eight major factors that cause female infertility:

1. Age

The best childbearing age for women is between 25 and 30 years old. It decreases slowly after 30 years old and decreases rapidly after 35 years old. Women over 35 are considered older mothers and are more likely to develop high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, chronic kidney disease, and various cesarean section indications and aggravate them, which leads to an increased probability of fetal intrauterine growth and development delays, fetal stillbirth, and fetal malformations.

2. Psychological pressure

Too much work pressure has caused many working women to have increased work pressure, which can easily lead to endocrine disorders, irregular menstruation, or even amenorrhea and anovulation. Under such circumstances, it is naturally difficult to get pregnant.

3. Ethanol, freshly ground coffee

Many women often drink alcohol and drink a lot of coffee, and because alcohol can hinder the absorption of nutrients, coffee can reduce fertility by 50%.

4. Blindly following the trend of dieting, losing weight or excessive obesity

A poor diet can disrupt the hormone balance in women's bodies, leading to endocrine imbalances, menstrual disorders, and abnormal ovulation.

At the same time, it causes various health problems, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, etc. These diseases may also lead to female infertility and cause some complications during pregnancy.

5. Hazardous compounds

Perfluorinated compounds contained in some moisture-proof clothing, insecticides, food packaging, home decorations, architectural coatings and other products will not only have toxic side effects on the human liver, human immune system, growth and development, and reproductive organs, causing infertility, but will also continue to affect the development of the baby.

6. Poor sex life

Having sex during menstruation can easily allow bacteria and blood to enter the pelvis through the relaxed cervix and cause infection. What's more serious is that if the backflow of menstruation remains in the pelvis, it is easy to cause endometriosis and destroy women's reproductive function.

7. Trichomonas vaginitis

When a woman has Trichomonas vaginitis, the pH value of her vagina changes and the number of white blood cells increases, which hinders the survival of sperm and reduces their motility. Cervical inflammation causes some changes in the extracellular fluid, which is not conducive to the passage of sperm through the cervical canal and causes infertility.

If pelvic infection is not treated promptly and completely, especially tuberculosis or gonococcal infection, even if it is cured, it will cause adhesion, distortion, and stenosis of the fallopian tubes on both sides, leading to infertility or ectopic pregnancy.

8. Abortion

Multiple abortions can easily lead to pelvic adnexitis, which can cause blockage of the fallopian tubes and lead to infertility. Repeated abortions cause the uterine wall to become increasingly weak. During pregnancy, the test tube embryo cannot obtain sufficient nutrients and thus develops poorly or results in miscarriage.
