When is the best time for ovulation and conception?

In a newly formed family, the happiest thing for oneself, one's partner and both sets of parents is to have a child. This concept is more prevalent in rural areas and, of course, also in cities. However, not every happy family can have a lovely baby when they want one. Perhaps they don't know the reason. So, between a couple, when is the best time for the woman to ovulate and conceive? Let me explain it to you in detail below.

The ovulation period is a period of more than a week including the ovulation day, which generally refers to the period when a woman releases eggs and is more likely to become pregnant. Preparing for pregnancy during the ovulation period will make preparations for pregnancy more effective and increase the chances of pregnancy. However, this does not mean that you need to prepare for pregnancy during the entire ovulation period. In fact, the best time for conception is only a period of time during the ovulation period - the three days before ovulation. Ovulation is the process by which the egg cell and the surrounding cumulus granulosa cells are released. A woman's ovulation date is generally about 14 days before the next menstrual period. After the egg is released from the ovary, it can survive in the fallopian tube for 1-2 days, waiting for fertilization; the male's sperm can maintain its fertilization ability in the female's reproductive tract for 2-3 days, so it is easy to get pregnant through sexual intercourse a few days before and after the egg is released. To be on the safe side, we call the 5 days before and 4 days after ovulation, together with the ovulation day, a total of 10 days, the ovulation period. Because it is easy to get pregnant through sexual intercourse during the ovulation period, the ovulation period is also called the fertile period or the dangerous period. If the basic reproductive conditions of both husband and wife are normal, the best time to conceive is in the early ovulation period of the woman (three days before ovulation), with a maximum chance of pregnancy of about 30%. The pregnancy rate of having sex on the day of ovulation is 100%, provided that the egg and sperm are normal. Because the survival time of the egg is 18 to 24 hours, and the survival time of the sperm is 48 to 72 hours. So, this is the best time for women.

After the above explanation, everyone has understood that the best time for women to ovulate and conceive is a few days before and after the ovulation period. For a family that wants a child, this is naturally the focus of both husband and wife's concern and attention. Having a child not only makes young people happy, but also the elderly. I hope that every happy family has a healthy and happy baby to make family life more colorful.
