What to do with pelvic rotation

What to do with pelvic rotation

Nowadays, many white-collar workers work very hard to survive, especially those who often work overtime. Sitting at the office for such a long time can easily cause pelvic rotation. This symptom is caused by abnormal sitting posture and requires timely treatment. So what should we do about pelvic rotation? There are still many friends who want to know. Here I will introduce this issue to you.

How to treat pelvic rotation?

Pelvic rotation refers to the pelvis being connected by the sacrum and bilateral ilium, ischium, and pubis into a solid whole. It is the base of the trunk, and the weight of the trunk is transmitted to the lower limbs from the fifth lumbar vertebra through the sacroiliac joint surface and hip joint. The sacroiliac joint surfaces are generally very close in the vertical plane, and there are sufficient ligaments around them to maintain them, forming a "self-locking system." Acute and chronic injuries can destroy this "self-locking system" through various axial impacts, causing various displacements and corresponding mechanical changes, which is called "pelvic disorder", also known as pelvic rotation.

The main clinical manifestations are shift of the body's gravity line, lateral tilt of the pelvis, change in the curvature and scoliosis of the lumbar spine, increased thoracic protrusion, and horizontal tilt of the cervical-thoracic junction opposite to the level of the pelvis in order to achieve trunk stability. If the muscles and ligaments around the spine are weak, the cervical and thoracic vertebrae can easily move, resulting in a series of complex clinical symptoms.

Pelvic rotation should not be ignored - pelvis, especially for urban white-collar workers, who work hard for a long time, take good care of your lumbar spine!

The treatment of pelvic rotation can refer to the following methods: correcting the dislocated joints and restoring the normal mechanical structure of the spine and pelvis.

Indications:

1) Bone-setting techniques to correct sacroiliac joint dislocation

(1) Side-lying traction and shaking punching method

(2) Hip flexion, knee flexion, hip rotation and pressing method

2) Bone-setting techniques to correct lumbar sacral joint dislocation

(1) Leg shaking and waist rubbing method

(2) Prone stretch and shake punch method

The above is a brief introduction on what to do if you have pelvic rotation. I hope the above introduction will be helpful to you. In fact, many white-collar workers nowadays are in sub-health conditions, and because they are busy with work and have no time to exercise, they have some health problems. I would like to remind everyone that no matter how busy you are, you should develop healthy living habits.
