Some female patients have problems with their menstruation, so they need to pay attention to taking appropriate treatment methods in time to ensure the health of female patients and avoid infertility caused by menstrual problems. So why is there anovulatory menstruation? Let me introduce this issue to you below. 1. Endometrial examination: When the female endometrium is affected by ovarian estrogen and progesterone, obvious mid-term changes will occur in the middle of the menstrual period, while the secretion 5-7 days before the menstrual period is a late change. For example, if an endometrial examination is performed before or within 12 hours of menstruation, this is a proliferative phase change, that is, no ovulation. 2. Blood hormone test: The level of sex hormones in the blood is different during the mid-menstrual period. Whether the serum sex hormone level is normal depends on the specific time of blood drawing and observing whether ovulation occurs. Whether LH peak and E2 peak appear during ovulation; 7 days before menstruation, observe the levels of progesterone and estrogen, P>5ng/ml means ovulation; test on the 9th day of menstruation, if FSH, LH 3, ultrasonic follicle monitoring: through ultrasound examination, 2-4mm follicles can be distinguished, starting from the 9th day of the menstrual cycle, generally observed once every 1-3 days, continuous observation can see that the follicles gradually grow and migrate to the ovaries, and the dominant follicles are determined on the 9th-12th day. 3. Basal body temperature: The basal body temperature without ovulation is monophasic, while the basal body temperature with ovulation is biphasic. Generally speaking, the basal body temperature usually rises 2-3 days after ovulation. In a few cases, the basal body temperature will rise on the ovulation day, with the increase being >0.3 degrees. 4. Vaginal exfoliated cells: One-third of the epithelial cells in the vagina are sensitive to sex hormones and will undergo periodic changes during the menstrual cycle. For example, vaginal exfoliated cells detected in the second half of menstruation are mainly estrogen keratinized cells with no cyclical changes, which means no ovulation. 5. Cervical mucus: In the second half of menstruation, the cervical mucus is fern-shaped plant crystals without ellipsoids, which means there is no ovulation. The above is my opinion on this issue that I introduced to you. If the patient has the above problems, then the patient should pay attention to take appropriate treatment methods in time for treatment, so as to avoid the patient being in danger due to the above problems. Finally, I wish the patient a speedy recovery. |
