Treatment of fluid-occupying lesions in the uterine cavity

Treatment of fluid-occupying lesions in the uterine cavity

Many people have never heard of fluid in the uterine cavity and do not understand its harm. It will affect the psychology and body of female friends as well as their normal work and study. This makes many female friends feel confused and worried, and many friends have begun to pay attention to this issue. So, how should we treat fluid-occupying uterine cavity? This is a question that everyone is curious about. Below, we will explore this issue and hope it will be helpful to everyone:

"Space-occupying lesion" is a special term in medical imaging diagnosis, which usually appears in the diagnostic report of auxiliary examinations.

Intrauterine mass means that something other than normal tissue is found in the uterus. It can be benign or malignant, large or small.

"Space-occupying lesions" is a special term in medical imaging diagnosis, and usually appears in the results of examinations such as X-ray, B-ultrasound, CT, MRI (magnetic resonance imaging), and DSA (digital subtraction angiography). It means: there is "something extra" in the part being examined. This "extra stuff" can cause compression and displacement of surrounding tissues.

Space-occupying lesions usually refer to tumors (benign or malignant), parasites, stones, hematomas, etc., without involving the cause of the disease.

Space-occupying lesions are tumors, probably cervical tumors. There are many ways to treat uterine fibroids. If surgery is not required, the best method is ultrasonic ablation, also known as ultrasonic focused knife (commonly known as HIFU knife). It focuses the ultrasound generated outside the body directly on the fibroids in the body, and uses the high-energy conformal method to treat the fibroid tissue.

This method is non-invasive and has few side effects. It can avoid scars and organ adhesion caused by surgery. It does not require surgery and has no surgical and anesthesia risks. It has a definite effect.

When an abnormal mass is found in medical imaging examinations such as ultrasound and CT, which is different from the appearance of the organs and tissues being examined and appears to compress the organs (tissues), doctors in the imaging department usually call it a "space-occupying lesion."

This is because the abnormalities that appear in the image only represent differences in tissue structure and cannot confirm the pathological characteristics of the abnormal mass (in fact, the final confirmation of a disease must be based on microscopic cytological examination of the lesion area speculated by the doctor).

There are two types of "space-occupying lesions". One is cystic - the central part of the abnormal mass is liquid development, and the edge is a circle of high-density shadow (usually the capsule); the other is substantial - the imaging manifestations of the mass are basically similar (indicating that the tissue structure is similar and should be composed of the same type of cells).

Most of the solid space-occupying lesions of the uterus are benign uterine fibroids, endometrial lesions, etc., and some are malignant lesions.

The final result mostly depends on the doctor's clinical experience.

In the above introduction, we know the causes, inspection methods and hazards of fluid in the uterine cavity. I believe that my friends have already understood this, and I hope it will be helpful to everyone, so that we can better master the knowledge about fluid occupying in the uterine cavity and take correct measures to treat it. I hope everyone will recover soon.
