What is the endometrial line?

For women, having a healthy body is the greatest happiness for themselves and their families. However, many people suffer from gynecological diseases. This is related to many reasons, including lifestyle, living environment, etc. How much do you know about the structure of the female uterus? Recently, I saw a phenomenon that the endometrial line is in the center, and I don’t know what it means.

The central endometrial line is a description of the position of the endometrium, indicating that there is no abnormality in the uterine morphology and the endometrium has no abnormal position changes. It is a normal endometrial position.

The normal endometrial line is centered. If the endometrial line is separated, it is necessary to consider whether the uterus has fully recovered after surgery, or whether there is endometriosis, adenomyosis, etc.

Endometriosis is a common gynecological disease in women caused by the implantation of endometrial cells in abnormal locations. Endometrial cells should grow in the uterine cavity, but because the uterine cavity is connected to the pelvic cavity through the fallopian tube, endometrial cells can enter the pelvic cavity through the fallopian tube and grow ectopically. There are many theories about the pathogenesis of this disease, among which the endometrial implantation theory is widely accepted. In addition, the occurrence of endometriosis is also related to the body's immune function, genetic factors, and environmental factors.

Endometrial hyperplasia has a certain tendency to become cancerous, so it is classified as a precancerous lesion. However, based on long-term observations, the vast majority of endometrial hyperplasia is a reversible lesion or maintains a persistent benign state. Only in a few cases may cancer develop after a longer time interval. According to the changes in glandular structure and morphology and the presence or absence of glandular epithelial cell atypia, it is divided into three types:

① Simple hyperplasia: a physiological response of the endometrium caused by long-term stimulation of estrogen without progesterone antagonism. The stroma and glands proliferate simultaneously without glandular crowding, and the morphology of the glandular epithelium is not atypical.

② Complex hyperplasia: The glands in the lesion area are crowded, the stroma is significantly reduced, and there is no atypia of the glandular epithelial cells.

③ Atypical hyperplasia: The glandular epithelium is atypical and belongs to the intraepithelial neoplasm of the endometrium. According to the severity of the lesion, it is divided into three degrees: mild, moderate and severe.

The normal endometrial line is centered. If the endometrial line is separated, it is necessary to consider whether the uterus has fully recovered after surgery, or whether there is endometriosis, adenomyosis, etc.

If the endometrial line is centered, it means that the position of your uterus is correct and will recover in the future. All you need to do is take good care of yourself. Please follow the doctor's advice after seeing the doctor and do not take medicine without authorization. The bladder is full, the uterus is anterior, the cross-section is normal in shape and size, the myometrium has medium echo, the light spots are fine and evenly distributed, the endometrial line is centered, and no obvious mass is seen in the uterus. No obvious mass is seen in the bilateral adnexa. There is a dark area of fluid in the pelvic cavity, about 12mm deep.

The above is an introduction to the centering of the endometrial line. From the above, we can see that under normal circumstances, it is normal for the endometrial line to be centered. If there are other aspects of the endometrial line separation, it may be after uterine surgery or the occurrence of endometriosis. The centering situation is a normal phenomenon, so don’t worry.
