If conditions permit, you can eat more meat, eggs, fish, milk, soy products, fresh vegetables and fruits to promote milk secretion. If conditions do not allow you to eat these foods, you should also eat eggs, soy products, green vegetables, etc. regularly. In short, after childbirth, you need to have a proper nutrition, not be picky about food, and make sure your diet is a combination of meat and vegetables, dry and liquid food, and coarse and fine grains.
