Tangerine peel and ginger tea: 10 grams each of tangerine peel and ginger, boil in water, add 10-20 grams of brown sugar when drinking.

Ginger and garlic tea: 15 grams each of garlic and ginger, cut into slices, add a bowl of water, boil until half a bowl remains, add 10-20 grams of brown sugar when drinking.

Ginger and sugar drink: 15 grams of ginger slices, 3 pieces of 3 cm long green onion, add 50 grams of water and boil, add brown sugar when drinking.

These types of ginger tea should be taken while hot, then cover yourself with a blanket and sweat slightly. It is best to take a nap, which will help lower body temperature and relieve headaches.

No matter which method is adopted, the key is to drink more water and urinate more frequently. In this way, the waste produced by the body's metabolism can be discharged in time, keeping the body in a "clean" state, which helps resist the invasion of cold viruses.
